Questions about servicing your vehicle?
If you’re unsure about your warranty, service schedule or what a particular dash light means, reach out. We’re happy to talk it through before you book.
Will an independent service void my new car warranty?
No. As long as your vehicle is serviced in line with the manufacturer’s specifications and quality parts and fluids are used, your new car warranty remains valid. We follow manufacturer schedules and use suitable parts to ensure your warranty is protected.
Can you service European and late-model vehicles?
Yes. We work on a wide range of European and late-model vehicles and have access to the service data and diagnostic tools required to service and repair them correctly.
Do you provide quotes before starting work?
Absolutely. After inspecting your vehicle we’ll contact you with an itemised quote and explanation of any recommended work. Nothing goes ahead without your approval.
How often should I service my car?
Most modern vehicles require servicing every 10,000–15,000 km or every 6–12 months, whichever comes first. We can confirm the correct interval for your specific make and model.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, major credit cards and cash. If you have any questions about payment or need to discuss timing, please talk to us before your booking.
